'MY FITNESS JOURNEY | HOW I LOST 35lbs, Before & After Pics, What I Eat and Tips!'

'In todays video I talk about my fitness journey so far as well as my weight transformation. If you wish to see or hear about anything more in detail then just let me know! I also realize I didn’t include in an insane amount of progression photos which was kinda by mistake. I’m sure they will be put to use for another video though so stick around for that   a bit about me I\'m 17 I use iMovie to edit all my vids I film with the Canon Rebel T5 and my iPhone 8+ My current favourite songs are Your Man by Down with Webster, California by the Lagoons and Sucker by the Jonas Brothers of course   P.s I am not professionally educated on this topic. I just wanted to share the tips that have worked for me so far. It may vary depending on the person and the body type!'
